Sliced roast pork loin, served with broccoli florets, Parmentier potatoes and finished with a Dorset cider gravy

Chicken supreme stuffed with a wild mushroom and brie mousse, hasselback potatoes and roasted tarragon courgettes finished with a rich port jus

Beef bourguignon served with rice pilaf and peas flamande
